Quad will never achieve anything, "countering china's expansionism in the Indo-Pacific region"??? the nature of it is due to the economical power growing inside China, China's presence in SCS is only one the reflections of the power growth, quad is useless since it can only be a show, it cannot stop China's growth inside, so it will always be useless. do you do know what in SCS?? sea water, lots of it, so go free to drink some sea water in there. haha :)) sea water in SCS is "fantastic" 😁😁😁
