  1. what she did not say is so called "border threats" were created by BJP government, that is core, in China side, India sent army directly into China border in 2017 to created "Doklam" incident,, on Pakistan side, India abolished article 370 to create the tension. you got what you wanted, if you want to create enemies and "border" threat, you got what you wanted, the pity is Russia will not help you in either China side or in Pakistan side, certainly west will not help (anyway meaningful) either, they cannot even help Ukraine, let alone India.
