China's poverty line is different from yours with 32 rupee a day, in China, we make sure everyone meet following 5 standards 1. with enough food. 2. with enough clothing. 3. with house to live 4. with basic health care 5, with children can go to school for free primary education. we have lifted everyone above poverty line with above 5 standard under Xi's leadership. that is why he was, is and will be elected again and again.

China poverty was mainly in countryside rural areas, due the price for agriculture products are too low which is the same everywhere in the world, especially bad for China, since even with territory 3 times of India, but India has 25% more arable land than China. It is extremely difficult, for different areas must take different measures to fit local situation, and Chinese government not just give substitutes or money or food to the poor, since that will not solve the problem from base, in most of the cases, one way for this is CCP sends CCP members with good position in cities, in offices to go to rural villages as leader to work with local farmers to try to find a way for them lift from poverty line. it is impossible for any other country, only China, under the leadership of CCP, can do.
