To judge a country's real GDP not by what its government claimed, but what the government can spend, that is reflected in the total budget of a country, US $6 trillion, China, $3.85 trillion, UK $1.3 trillion, ........India?? $400 billion, why? because India does not have the money as it claimed. or the budget should be more than UK's $1.3 trilloin but in fact it is less than 1/3 of UK's budget, the real number of India GDP is only $1.8 trillion, you cannot spend the faked GDP number.
