India does not have deep space network, only has one ground station, all deep space travel needs to rely on NASA's providing DSN for instructions and guidance, China has over 13 (including ones on the sea with YW ships). If India want to be super power, first need to be independence from NASA in DSN

  2. let me tell you what is a "super power" in space, the first thing is the capability of your rocket, Saturn V of US can send 140 tons into space (in 1960s) , that is "super power", China now can send 25 tons into space with CZ 5. India ?? the biggest GSLV MKIII can only send 4 tons into space (although they boasted on paper can send 10 tons, but never realized that), how can 4 tons to be "super power"???? Of course Indians like to say they "will......" ( the sun will die eventually, does not mean much) , better just wait until you really can send 40 tons （another 100 tons to go) before you claim (or even dream) to be a super power in space.
