  1. We don’t have money, now let’s resign hundreds of signs, and paint new roadway markings. Then on top of that PD will be issuing citations on these roads. 20 MPH is crazy slow for how advanced vehicles are now. 25-30 MPH is about perfect. All in the name of “safety.”
