Not much to glean from this video about inflation factors because he’s missing what’s driving inflation (higher demand for products, rising cost of manufacturing, rising wages, rising energy costs, rising housing prices, food shortages, etc). He also points out that the 10 year treasury yield hit 10% in the eighties and it hasn’t now, but interest rates having started rising yet. How can the 10 year treasury be at 10% now when interest rates are currently at 0%?
