@MrLeadb1 20.000 russian/Soviet soldiers were killed in 10 years in Afghanistan (and they killed 2 million afghans) 2.300 US soldiers were killed in 20 years in the same country. "Russia is fighting a modern peer trained adversary and kicking their butts. Ukraine is losing big time." Still russia has lost more men than Ukraine. Go figure!

US intelligence estimates two 2 - 3 months ago was 120.000 russians killed (Kremlin leaks said 340.968 losses by August), while there were 70.000 Ukrainians killed. And now with the bloodbath in Avdiviika with an average of 6 - 800 russian losses per day, the numbers are likely 150.000 russians killed. "The problrm with your figures is that they are given out by Ukraine. Ukraine has lost over 400,000 men dead and over 2 million injured, most with life changing injuries."
