  1. Right up to the sanctions, Russia bought weapons from France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Czech Republic, Finland, Croatia, Slovakia, Turkey and Spain. And are still buying from Iran, china, India, North Korea, South Africa, Myanmar among others. They recruit soldiers mainly from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. Most of them are seasonal workers that normally work some months in Russia per year. Now they are lured into conscription by high salaries and promise of citizenship. In addition there are mercenaries from many other countries. And Russia hasn't won the war yet, so all your statements are proven incorrect!
