@foxlake6750 I don't ride motorcycle but looking at that car I'm lead to believe the car is in the wrong. I believe your analysis of the scene is a correct one. It looks like the car could have been making a left turn in front of the motorcycle. If that's correct then the driver of the car will be charged. If Willy can't understand that then he's lucky to have made it for 56 years on a motorcycle.

@jeffreycairns767 That's not impossible, but looking at how the motorcycle is laying in the road and the way the car is stopped would suggest the car was making a left turn at the time. Look at the car, it's sitting on an angle just outside of the intersection as it was moving into it's lane. The motorcycle stopped instantly but the car needed a couple of seconds to stop. Edit. From City news: "Investigators say the vehicle was turning left to Birkdale Road when it collided with the motorcycle traveling southbound on Ellsemere Road."
