  1. Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Choice, Freedom of Movement, Freedom of Congregation—Individual Liberties in short—should be the TOP law of the land. If we learned anything from the last year and a half is that we need to LIMIT government power possibly with a new constitution that prohibits government to restrict our freedoms under different excuses (there's always a new excuse). Even when there's an emergency, PERSON CHOICE should be the ultimate value and a right that prevails any government guidelines. #LiveFreeOrDie
