  1. Like it or not, the 2nd amendment SHALL NOT be infringed upon. The state of Virginia shall not set any laws restricting the sales or use of firearms. All the laws if set in motion by the governor will be overturned in SCOTUS as it has in many other states. Even California laws are finally being overturned. If the state is infringing on the 2and amendment how long before they infringe on the 1st, 4th and 5th amendments? These liberals in Virginia should be a shamed of themselves. And here the left wonders why Trump gets elected.

  2.  J P  a state requiring a permit to buy a gun is not an infringement which is what SCOTUS has said. But a state refusing you a permit for anything other then you being a felon or having a history of domestic abuse, is infrigining upon. SCOTUS has been overturning somemofmthese statemgun laws, the most recent was the magazine capacity limits In california. I believe the NYC laws are to be heard this year.
