@ateam6486 it's a medical facility that will treat and quarantine infected people, and thus far there is no evidance burning of bodies will be needed as once the infected person dies so does the virus. There hasn't been one person cremated who has died from the virus. And if building a medical facility to comfortably and safely quarantine infected people, to protect the public at large, ir required so be it. Any nation with an outbreak such as this that must quarantine citiznes, would do so in a medical facility. Your comment is ridiculously foolish, immature and irresponsible. Grow up!

Listen einstein, cultures all around the world, eat exotic and different foods. And nothing ever happens there, but here you are in all your poor wisdom blaming the virus on the food eaten by chinese people. If that was truly the case, this breakout would have occurred decades ago. Please stop being so ridiculously foolish.

@鲁冀 what bad behavior? Eating wild animals? News flash, domesticated animals carry more virus's, bacteria and parasites then wild animals, why? Because of over crowded stables and fields, lack of proper nutrition, unsanitary stalls and housing, etc. Yet you are going to assume the virus came from a chinese citizen who ate a wild animal. That is just a ridiculous statement! Americans, Europeans and asians all eat wild animals and seafood everyday, yet you see the same issues globally. Look how many people become I'll world wide because of infected animals, and animals with toxins in them. Some from wild animals and a lot from domestic animals. The only reason someone like you would even make a statement like that, is if you were a vegetarian or vegan, and have some kind of bias.

@GirlLoving9 no doubt the misunderstanding is because of different political systems, what americans do not understand is that because they live in our society. They think every other society, political system and economy are wrong. Americans never accept indifference, they do not respect heritage and culture of other people. In most of the asian cultures, citizens are more then happy to give uncertain liberties to allow for the greater good of a community or society. In america, everyone is out for their own advantages. Asian culture believe in hard work and community self enlightenment, this is why most asian cultures take pride in their work and efforts. Americans just never respect other cultures and social norms, hence why a,American tourists are hated. I do not think China needs more strict laws on hunting and selling wildlife. I mean there should be some type of oversight insuring the game or meat comes from a reputable seller, etc., but here in the states most hunters usually eat what they kill. On sales of wild game and hunting each state has it's own laws and licenses for that. Yes china has some odd food norms and even some really radical oddities, but to the people of china it's normal. The Chinese culture believes in a lot of medicinal culture and that drives a lot of the wild and odd foods and spices. But, none of that is a cause of viruses. Almost any animal in the world can carry a virus that humans can get, but to blame china for a virus created by mother nature is just plain ignorant.

In what way is China responsible for this virus? Easy answer they arent! Even the WHO and other goverments have commended China's quick and effective reaction to this outbreak. Using your philosophy, I can blame the nations in africa for HIV and ebola. Tell me one other nation in the world that could erect two 1000 bed medical facilities in 6 days, quarantine and entire city of 11 million people, activate the military for assistance and track down a 14 day incubating virus in three weeks? Answer, none. The US gets hit by flu each year that kills more then this virus, yet the US cannot contain it, why? African nations fight to contain ebola breakouts and fail, why. China has a virus, and they react and contain it within a week. Yet here you are blaming them. So explain to us why China is responible for this virus? I will wait.

@GirlLoving9 so because you do not consume wild animals, means that no one should? And that the government should regulate it. Let me ask you this, what kind of meat do you eat? Where does it come from? So americans and every other nation should prevent its citizens from hunting and eating their kill such as pork, deer, fish, birds, insects, etc. Do you see how ridiculous that statement is? So, people complain about China controlling it's people, and here you are saying to control them even more and prevent them from the one most important basic human right, and that is the right to food.

@hafann where have you seen Chinese people eating a wild animal alive? Japanese culture has more food consumed alive, but I dont here anyone giving Japan so much grief for it. In all honesty, these people are simply blaming China because they are sheep led by the mainstream liberal media to hate the chinese. But they have no reason to, anyone who thinks china didnt do a good job handling this outbreak is simply biased towards china. All around the world food is consumed raw, some places still alive, and wild not domesticated and never any issues. In fact more people become sick and ill from domesticated animals then wild animals, yet I do not see anyone blaming that.

So your telling the world, not to eat meat? I guess you're a vegetarian or vegan and simply trying to find a scientific reason for people not to eat meat. That is ridiculous!

@bgood1532 99% of the time? You really need to fact check your numbers. Just because you think it isn't a culture norm doesnt mean it shouldnt be. Different cultures around the world consume different foods, in america most meats from around the world are taboo, such an example is horse meat, yet that is highly eaten around the world. Stop bashing cultures just because you do not like it or agree with it. People have the same amount of chance of becoming ill virus or parasite from normal domesticated animals as they do exotic wild meats. The reality and truth, is all that is relative to how the meat is prepared, cooking temps, etc. You would be better off blaming human cooking error for virus and illness over the meat type.
