  1. I usually never agree with anything Vice says. All public records requests should be immediate and uninterrupted meaning there should not be any government agent that decides what information should be passed on. Police audio and video files should be uploaded to a public server at the end of every shift, unedited and no restrictions. There is no argument of officer privacy as they are a public servant and any citizen can request employee files. Historically with police involved deaths holding back videos only cause more public outcry and potential for public harm due to protesting. Releasing the videos immediately only clears officers faster unless there is something to hide.
