  2. If you bypass one country to reach the US, to declare asylum is a violation of the UN refugee policy, and should declare any asylum seekers ineligible for asylum. Refugees from central America should seek temporary status in Mexico while they apply for asylum in the US and/or Costa Rico and Panama. African nations and European nations should also start taking in central American migrants.
