  4. Thumbs Up you are waisting your time blaming this issue on Trump and referring to his as a racist because you and your family broke the law. Do we need immigration reform, yes we do. No one is disputing that! But before we see reform and law change, we must address the core of the problem, and that is the illegal aliens currently here in the states. There isn't any reason of why DAKA people have not started the process of becoming a legal citizen. If you have been in this country 10 years, you should have done everything in your power to become a citizen, that is the bottom line. There is situation you could be in that justifies breaking the law, or justifies why you haven't applied for citizenship. If you want to blame someone blame Obama for creating the program that has already been deemed unscontitional and giving false hopes to illegal immigrants. What did you expect the government to just keep letting you live here without some type of status? Here is the bottom line, your parents brought you here illegally, but the fact your parents choose to bring you here still doesn't make it right. DAKA status people have known for years they would eventually have to deal with this issue, do not act surprised when the time comes. Leave the country, document your return through visa and apply for citizenship just like everyone else has done for a hundred years. There is no situation possible that justifies a person or a family from not following the same rules we have been following for all this time, period. Do it right, or don't do it at all.

  7. Cory Gordillo How am I a bigot, or a racist? Because I believe illegal aliens should be deported for breaking immigration laws? Tax laws? Labor laws? In what world does that make me a racict? You assume because I am a white man, I'm racist! You assume because I believe in due process of becoming a US citizen legally I am a bigot.Because your a minority, and maybe even a DACA sponsor, or an illegal alien that you can blame your immigration issues on race. There are plenty of Russian, and Slavic illegal aliens, there are plenty of Muslim illegal aliens, a lot of Chinese illegal aliens. Never did I or anyone else just point there fingers at one group such as Mexicans and say just you have to be deported. So how can we be racist and bigots? People like you, use racisim as a basis to try and justify illegal aliens and undocumented persons still living in a country illegally. How many times must I say there is no justification to be in any country illegally. You are breaking the law by being an illegal alien in any country. So, please tell me what I and all the other Americans who believe illegal and undocumented persons should be deported, are wrong? Would you let me walk through your front door, lay on your couch and sleep there, eat your food, use your water and other services without paying you? Without getting your approval to stay on your couch? No you wouldnt, but that doesn't make you racist, it means you expect people to behave according to the laws of society. In summary, you cannot justify any illegal aliens being here, you cannot justify in anyway why DACA applicants shouldn't be deported. Immigration reform will never happen until all illegals aliens and undocumented people are deported and accounted for. Before we can begin to document them and work on their citizenship status. DACA participants all knew DACA was a temporary hood on deportation processing, they knew this day would come soon, yet none or most of them made no attempts to become citiznes. They have no one to blame but their parents and themselves for coming here and not becoming a legal citizen.

  8. Mary Luzuriaga First off all I never said Mexicans, I simply said illegal aliens. First before you assume anything, ask questions first. I live in Hereford Arizona for many years, a border town that is affected by illegal aliens on a daily basis. I know the struggles of all this immigration stuff. I have seen cartel violence spill over the border, the mules, the drug runners. I have seen and experienced it all. There is no justification for entering any country illegally, period. If you had to leave your country because of violence, political revenge or a documented threat against your life, then you apply for asylum as US guidelines allow. Not having work, or wanting a better life is not a reason to enter a country illegally. Millions of people have entered the US, followed the laws and procedures, worked hard towards citizenship and we're granted citizenship. So there is no excuse why DACA members could not have done the same thing. I have sat with many Latin illegal immigrants and seen first hand why they immigrated here, but that is not what's at debate here. The issue is that they entered the country illegally, and for the most part do not pay taxes, or contribute to the resources of the country. Now DACA people pay taxes and maintain employment or schooling. Sorry, but this country cannot just keep letting illegal aliens enter the country and stay here without applying for citizenship. In a perfect world, we could just allow everyone here and we could all live and work in peace and harmony. But that's not how it works. There is limited resources here just like every other country, and we must limit those people trying to gain access to those valuable resources, so that those resources do not dissappear for naturalized US citizens. It's not a race issue, it's an economic issue, it's a society issue. All illegal aliens and DACA immigrants must be deported immediately so that we can attempt to reform our immigration laws. I wish we would adopt Canada's immigration policy. Wanna live here and be a citizen, get a sponsor, have employment prior to coming here, pay taxes, learn the countries history and language and pay your immigration fees and taxes and welcome new citizen.

  13. Cory Gordillo I almost fell of my chair laughing so hard from your I'll gotten words of wisdom. First of all, why is it fair to all the millions of immigrants that worked so hard at becoming american citizens, that these DACA people just get a free ride to citizenship? Why shouldn't they have to go through the same process everyone else has? For exa, please the people in this video came here illegally be there parents when they were 6, 7, 8 years old. So don't say deporting them to their country of origin, that they don't know, because they were born there and lived there as a child. As you can see from the video, that are all adults now, some married with children, some here 10, 15 years. So explain to me why if you have a family here, or have been here for 10 years that it's so terrifying to think you could be deported at any moment. Why wouldn't you start the process to become a citizen? They have no one to blame but themselves, this is not a a Trump issues. Obama created the DACA program as an executive order to give temporary orders to halt deportation of certain illegal aliens. The program was found to be unconstitional by the Supreme court, and all person in the program knew thus was a temporary fix to a much larger problem. So because these people failed to obtain citizzenship, because there parents brought them here illegally, and they have been here undocumented for so long, that automatically makes me a racist. I just adore your logic behind that. To,stay here in america, there is a process, you must be a naturalized citizen, an immigrant worker visa, a travel visa, student visa, refugee with asylum status or a citizen holding a green card. All of which none of these people in the video have, so what are we to do? Do we just say ok, throw our hands up and say whoever is here illegally you are now citizens? Then what happens when the tens of millions of people then rush to the border for the same oppurtunity? Do you think our government resources could handle that? Could our economy handle that? Citizenship numbers are managed yearly to allow immigrants to come here and become citizens in such a manner as to not over burden the countries resources or economy. There is a process, and laws for a reason, there not just there because as you say some white supremacist is sitting in the Oval Office. If we are to maintain the security, economy and society in this country we must have all people irregardless of color abide by immigration procedures and laws. The fact you fail to see and understand that, tells me you simply are making your opinion and decision based on emotion, not logic. Just making them citizens because you think they should just be given it is not a reason. Your thought process on DACA would destroy this country and yet you do not even care about that.

  19. Elena Hernandez No one said legal immigrants who are citizens or on work visa didn't pay their taxes. It is the 10.9 million illegal immigrants not paying taxes that is the problem. DACA was a bad program to begin with, it was a false hope for illegal aliens that were brought here as children, it was unconstitional in almost every aspect, and not authorized by congress. The program allowed some estimated 800,000 temporary I migrants to stay, giving them access to tax payer funded education and health care. So to think DACA didn't displace american citizen resources is just plain ignorant. I am all for allowing potential immigrants a fair attempt at becoming citizens. But they must do it in the legal manner that millions of immigrants before them have done it. I am not against amnesty either if the 10.9 million illegals all paid a fee for the taxes they haven't paid. Government resources here in the United States are stretched to the max at this point, now if we had the tax money from 10.9 million undocumented workers are resources wouldn't be so stretched and we could allow for a more operable immigrant program. Immigration reform cannot be effective until all the illegal aliens currently here are either deported or given amnesty, and then we build a system both physical and legal to prevent further illegal aliens from entering the country. Immigration needs to be properly managed so that we are not taking jobs and resources away from hard working americans, and let's not forget Americans equals whites, latinos, asian, blacks, everyone who is a citizen. So this isn't being racist, it's just being logical and responsible for management of immigration.
