  2. It amazes me how many people despise CA. It's a beautiful state. Some of the inhabitants are questionable, but you gotta take the good with the bad. There are many decent people here trying to make it better. Most of the population are transplants from elsewhere, so something lured them here . . . And yes the Rose Parade every New Year's Day does get people to move here.

  3. I used to work with several sweet young women that were born and raised in Minnesota. Really nice people. One was smart and street wise, the other two we had to continually protect and educate so they didn't get taken advantage of on a regular basis. They took people at face value which can be really dangerous here in Los Angeles.
