  1. New jobs are being created that are off the grid. Take-outs hire individuals with car to deliver Chinese food, pizzas, deli orders for delivery. A Chinese place said they cannot deliver unless a tip is provided. That's when i knew the tide had turned. Next there will be a minimum tip to make it worthwhile for the delivery drivers, say at least $5 for now. There will always be people who will be willing to pay $5, $10, $15 and more for delivery. These people far outnumber those who can no longer afford delivery. I am certain people have found even other new, creative ways to make some money, bypassing the IRS. Good for them.
