  17.  @beyondz55  -- OK, while you're distracted with conspiracy theories, I will take it that it was a black graduation party, a black woman who shot the black shooter Dennis Butler, who had an extensive record, and that the woman didn't accidentally shoot anyone else....so no harm done. Anyway the police couldn't do anything about the black woman, or else there would be blacks rioting. If she was white, she'd be up on charges one way or another.
