Comments by "Simon Harris" (@simonharris4873) on "Adelaide Airport reveals plan to fly direct to almost 30 international cities" video.
I'd be surprised if there were 30 international people who wanted to fly directly to Adelaide, let alone 30 international cities.

@mikespike2099 What makes you say that?
1
@Jake2024-au A whole million? WOW, you must be impressed. Melbourne would get that in a day. Thanx for proving my point.
1
@Jake2024-au You're right. Nobody wants to go there, and as such, the population is much lower and there are less flights. Once again you prove my point.
1
@Jake2024-au LOL. Keep digging.
1
@Jake2024-au Well you're attempts certainly haven't failed. You're hilarious. $8 million in tourism a year. BWAHAHA. Even Hobart would call that chicken feed. $8m is almost nothing compared to the tourism income from every other capital city in the country, which means Adelaide is the least popular tourist destination. Hence my point... A point which you keep reinforcing with pocket change tourism income.
1
@Jake2024-au Stop embarrassing yourself. Hobart would see more than $8m from the Sydney to Hobart race alone. And if Adelaide Airport is earning that much (yet to be established) then why does Adelaide on earn a disappointingly low $1m in international tourist revenue PA? Why would anyone even go there? Nothing to see, nothing to do, can't wait to leave. That should be your tourist slogan.
1
@Jake2024-au According to Tourism Tasmania, Tassie has an annual tourism income of $3.47B. You really think only $8million of that goes to Hobart, which has the busiest airport in the state - again, according to Tourism Tasmania? If people wanted to go to Adelaide, there would be more flights. Once again, you prove my point. Adelaide is the most boring place in the entire country, nobody wants to go there, which is why there are hardly any flights.
1
@Jake2024-au You didn't say "flight revenue", you said "revenue from international travellers", which is the same as tourist revenue. Now, you're flipflopping. Why don't you just admit it, you got it wrong. You confused the number of international travellers with the revenue they bought in. Or, you can continue embarrassing yourself with your childish insults. I really don't care. But I must thank you, for not only demonstrating the fact that Adelaide has nothing to offer tourists, but also displaying why the rest of the country laughs at you. The only tourist attraction Adelaide ever had is now in Melbourne, there's a reason for that.
1
@Jake2024-au Wrong again. I have not used the word "flying" once in this entire discussion. Just admit it, you initially confused passenger numbers with revenue. It's Okay to admit you got something wrong. And yes, Adelaide is a boring place. That's why you can't name a single tourist attraction. People don't come to Adelaide for because it's interesting, they come because it's a stepping stone to the wine district. That's the only reason an international tourist would go to SA. Face it, when you biggest tourist attraction is the Rundle mall and the pie floater stand outsider the casino, you live in a boring city.
1
@Jake2024-au BTW, the description to this video says "The airport's CEO is vowing to work with the government and tourism bodies to lure major airlines to invest in flying direct to South Australia." - I'll just add that to the list of things you got wrong.
1
@Jake2024-au Semantics. People don't come for Adelaide, then come because the only way to get to the wine is via Adelaide. We refer to people who come from international cities for a short stay as "tourist". We do not refer to them as "flying" anything. Please just stop. Just admit you were wrong and the numbers in your original post referred to passenger numbers, not revenue. Once again, you prove my point by failing to demonstrate that Adelaide has a single tourist attraction? Yes, it's the 5th time. Well done you. All that proves is you're one of the few people in Adelaide who can count to 5. You must be so proud.
1
An hour ago, you said "your comment is referring to ‘flying’". Now you're saying it's not. You like to flip-flop a lot, don't you. That list of thing's you're wrong about is getting awfully long. Why don't you quit while you're behind.
1
@Jake2024-au How about we count the number of Adelaide's tourist attractions you've able to mention: ZERO!
1
@Jake2024-au BWAHAHAHA... You lost me at "Arts Festival", you party animal you. I rest my case. BORRRIIINNGGGGGG!!!!
1
@Jake2024-au Seriously? Arts Festival? That's your goto response? Too easy.
