Intel says that this is horrible for their buisness as well same a AMD Nvidia and any other american companies. they have lost revenues because of it as well. CHina is still the biggest market for literally everything. Nvidia knows it AMD knows it and Intel knows it. without China they will loose a ton of money. Remember China got a population of 1.4 Billion people. China's population is equivalent to the combined population of North and South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Western Europe. If they loose that market they will loose alot of money as well. hence the Reason why Nvidia released this year a 4090D card to the Chinese market. a slower version of the 4090 but they created that as a loophole to the US sanctions. Asus just made a 4090D version as well but an unlocked version. so you can overclock it and have the same speed as the regular 4090. This is the things companies have to do to not loose China. Nvidia CEO said it himself. Huawei is a very strong competitor to Nvidia. And if the US keep pushing China through sanctions they will out pace the west easily. So as usual the US is shooting itself in the foot. they have no clue what they are doing. they are the biggest bullies on the planet hate free trade and hate working together with others.

Because its the US. they claim to love the free market. but because China is investing their money into their country and companies and all that stuff. they cry about Chinas unfair advantage. China decided to spend their money on improving their country in every way possible. US decided to waste their money on creating illegal wars everywhere. and now they cry that China got governmetn support for their EVs and other companies. as usual america is the big bully here and because of all those sanctions they will destroy Europe and the US. which already happened when they blew up nord stream 2. US is a rogue nation who hate working with others. its their way or no way at all. and the EU and thus also our Dutch puppet government will listen to the US. ASML is a private company but cant do their job because of the US.

a year later ASML is loosing money because of it. they are thinking of to relocate to France. Cheaper to open a business. our government tried to save them with 2.5 Billion euros. didnt help. so now they are thinking about to relocate. all because of the US and their sanctions. and our govenrmetn doesnt care that they destroyed a Private owned company. they are big US puppets for a reason. they have no balls anymore to protect our own companies. being a puppet of the US is more important to them

@johndrumpf9888 who cares. they still build it. dont see the US building their own if the ISS falls down to earth. if that happens China is the only one with a space station.

US will hold itself back more then you think. American companies will loose revenue as well. China is and will be their biggest market for pretty much ANYTHING. Intel Nvidia AMD Qualcomm you name it all will loose revenue because of things like this. Samsungs Chip market lost 96% of revenue last year because of Sanctions of the US as well. and you call this good? US is single handedly destroy the west. and you cheer it on. my god you are delusional

@12time12 Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. (SMIC), China's largest contract chipmaker, this week announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2023. Despite crushing US sanctions, SMIC is now the world's second-largest pure-play foundry after TSMC you where saying? this is from 2024.

@12time12 they created 5nm in a very short time span as that the US predicted. US is played out but you are too stupid to see that. US is shooting itself in the foot. there are other ways to get around this not just with EUV machines. you should learn stuff instead of being a puppet to the US. you have been wrong on literally everything you said.
1
@lemarcoX a year later they made their first 5nm chips. sure they do it with the older DUV machines. but it is possible. they are still working on to make it smaller they just have no clue how yet.
