  1. Speaking of heavy Cruisers, I've heard from many sources that the French Cruiser Algiers was one of the best treaty are built Cruisers, is this true? Also, in a one-on-one battle how well would it fare against a hipper or the za'atar Italian Cruiser. Thank you in advance.
