  1. You are an admiral in the Allied Navy during World War II. The Italian Navy has successfully made it to Gibraltar, and is now part of the alliance. Besides drawing and quartering the shell designers, what would you do with it?

  2.  @kemarisite  my point exactly. The tolerance was just way too wide an area. The ones who said we'll make this tolerance point A to point B are the ones I'm talking about being drawn and quartered. Even the British said that if the shells had been better, they would been in serious trouble because Italian warships were getting bombardments so cluster dwell around the British quite early in the battles.
