In spite of my organizational moniker I'd suggest banning all weapons other than single shot pistols rifles and shotguns. This meets the requirements of the second amendment and is in line with the weapons possessed by the men who wrote the Constitution. For those who think they need weapons to overthow the government if it gets out of hand I'll offer this: a thousand people with machine guns or semiautos aren't going to overthow the government. Fifth million with single shot weapons can. IF you can't get at least that much of a consensus then you shouldn't be trying to do anything.

My background, besides shooting in NRA certified competition and having concealed weapons license in Boston, not a gun friendly town is that as a Transnational Militant Atheist Anarchist Marxist Socialist supporting National Liberation Groups since age 17 supporting the PIRA RIRA CIRA PFLP AIM Mujahedeen fighting in Afghanistan and then spent 20 years in Federal prison surrounding the support and activities involved I supplied, 🔫💰. NEVER going to happen so we're just taking pie in the sky. Have a good night.
