  1.  @user-qb3vi5kk3t  I’m all for subduing and I usually say that too, but this was over the top. A punch in the stomach maybe. Guy was handcuffed and wasn’t a threat. Kick in a face is painful and could be deadly.

  2. That was too hard man. You can see the guy was even stunned by the blow. You can’t just kick someone in the face.
