Didn't she used to be a cop herself too? Well then she should know some people forego the cameras because that's what deters the crime in their mind in the first place. Counterintuitive looking perhaps but that's not her call. If it works it works because everybody wants it to work. She's losing her ship by blaming the owner. That's not his game.
