  1. Judge Sullivan is obviously unhinged. Mr. Flynn was not charged with treason. And the judge cannot sentence Mr. Flynn for treason. The very notion of treason should not even be in the judge's sentencing calculus, because it is not an element of the crime for which the accused was convicted. Yet, this simple principal of law, it defies Mr. Roberts's comprehension. Like a toddler addressing his mother, he asks Ms. Sanders whether the President should know anything about this unlawful suggestion of "treason". It is laughable, is it not? Why, then, does Mrs. Sanders not laugh in Mr. Roberts's pathological face? Perhaps, it is because the law evades her as well
