Could it be that the documents are in fact not classified, and that the exhibition of said documents is for some ulterior purpose? Perhaps to smear the Department's reputation? Who would ever want to do such a thing? Could it be the FBI, Mr. Mudd? Phil, why did you declare war on the United States on the behalf of the FBI? Who told you to do that? Was if Porky Pig?
