  1. Isolation is extremely detrimental to one's mental health. They blame you of course for experiencing symptoms. You're not strong enough. That's what the trauma's for. They wanna turn you into a tough guy. Put you in virtual supermax just to see how long it takes for you to completely lose your mind. The guards visit you routinely just to mock you through the electronic judas hole. It's suppose to speed up the process. They really think it's for your own good.
