  7.  Kalvin Clein  You're conflating human nature with religion. Division, bigotry and war, are a part of human nature. These things can manifest under any guise: religion, politics, tribalism, football, cults, etc.... We still see division, bigotry and war, despite the west becoming increasingly secular. Political division in the western world (Trump vs. Biden, Brexit vs. Remain, etc...) for example, has lead to violence and hatred. Human nature will always find a way to conflict. Religion actually tries to rectify this by teaching love thy neighbour and doing good works. It's not perfect but it seems to work for the most part.

  8.  Kalvin Clein  I don't think you understand what magic is. Magic is affecting someone without directly touching them. When you fall for a pretty girl, that's magic. When you fall in love, that's magic. When you react to insults, that's magic. When you're coersed into doing something you don't want to do, that's magic. When I became a Christian I was affected by something unseen but very real. It's a feeling of love by something that hasn't manifested itself to my five senses. It is magic, and a great mystery. Yes, it is human nature to do evil. Evil is the default of a wild man in the wilderness. Watch 2001: A Space Oddessy.
