It's already de facto legal if you smoke it on your own property, but there's always some stoner prick that wants to smoke weed while driving, or walking the streets, or in front of your children, they're idiots who deserve it. Smart people smoke weed and don't get caught, smart people are happy with the current laws which only target the dumb.
