In reality, Germans always tended to move Panzer crews without tanks back to rear areas as soon as possible, as experienced personnel like these were actually more valuable than tanks themselves. You need roughly 6 months to get properly trained tank crew, and by that time tanks would be flowing in hundreds and even thousands monthly from assembly lines. Truck drivers are something different, although I doubt there would be 3000 truck drivers without trucks. Most likely in this instance "drivers" in questions would be coachman i.e. "horse drivers" .

  6. They were. But they were of lower quality, which you could see from distinct lack of success although same tactics were used as before. Soviets themselves do mention "summer German" and "winter German" as two distinct armies.

Thus, they are now attempting some desperate moves, like "invading" Russia or even blowing up Zaporozhye nuclear plant. But it is all in vain Mathematically speaking, Ukrainians committed national suicide as they are in demographic collapse.
