When I was in school I had the pleasure of proof reading some of the diversity students papers... and I'm not even kidding when I say my third grade niece is more literate than these people were... Yet, the professors also seemed to give them better grades than me... something about 'you can do better, they cant'. When I told them that the grades were a competition and you can't grades based on ability, they got annoyed with me...
