  3. A PSA that runs along side all those pharma ads on TV seems like a no brainer. It's almost like they want this to happen. You can also share some of those anti-scammer videos like KitBoga with any old people you're worried about. Those are fun and informative.

  4. You would think they would tell retail workers to be on the look out for vulnerable old people buying lots of gift cards and looking nervous. Just a quick question like "is this for you grandkids?" would be all that was needed.
