  1. I had to do a brake job on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler as the left front outer pad was down to the metal but the pad with the squealer still had lining left. Replaced the phenolic piston calipers with steel as my old Ford truck had the same kind of pistons that swelled up from Houston humidity and locked up the brakes with only 20K miles on the truck. It is probably not necessary but I clean out the slide holes in the caliper brackets before greasing them. I was glad to see that you had to "adjust" the pads to make them fit as I have had to do that on the last several brake jobs. Thank you for directions to your shop (Ray's Auto Clinic), the store did the trick. I hope to meet you in person one day.
