  4. Right now the sanctions have removed Russia economy by 70% so even their 30% oil sales will not make up for it. Even if we can get the remaining 30% down to 15% it is a job well done.

You know how many foreign oil companies had to flee the middle east in the 60s and left everything behind. Same with foreign companies in Africa when a regime change happens every 5 years.
