It also about the other end Lack of EXPORT LNG terminals. In Canada we have more gas than we can use but not one LNG export terminal. We can not help Europe at all.

@saba1030 It was on the news here in Canada. Will take a very long time. We do not even have our main gas line all they way to the east coast of Canada and no EXPORT LNG Terminal. In Fact Canada has a IMPORT LNG Terminal on the east coast that takes LNG ships from the US. We sell all excess gas to the US by pipeline. So we actually buy our own Canadian gas back from the USA. Its crazy.

LNG Export terminals shortage The US 7 LNG terminal run at 100% and already have their gas contracts. Here in Canada we have lots of gas and not one operating LNG export terminal.

Build more coal power plants ,Germany has lots of coal. Green or Freeze is a easy choice.

How? There is no gas pipeline from China ,India or Saudi Arabia to Europe . The whole video was about Germany not having LNG import terminals. If import terminals were not a issue ,North America could supply them gas. Also I do not think India or China has many if any Export LNG Terminals to load a ship. Even Russia and Canada with lots of gas have no LNG export terminals.

@hikurukutai How do you ship LNG without a export LNG terminal? They take years to build. Look up India and China's Export LNG terminal count. Like I said even gas loaded Russia and Canada can not ship LNG because of no Terminals.

@hikurukutai Import terminals are not the same as export terminals. Why would countries who rely on imported LNG build a export LNG terminals? Why would Europe buy expansive LNG gas from China and India who support Putin before buying it from anti Putin countries?

Duh, when the only gas pipelines come from Russia and Norway ,the only other options are LNG ,coal or freeze.

Germany got 40% of their gas from Russia so 60% came from elsewhere . Also only Nord Stream was cut of , there are two smaller pipelines still supplying gas to Germany from Russia.
