  2. Don't know a thing about AP but guessing it takes a certain relaxed fearless type to do this. Probably very difficult for control freaks. (Maybe some people cause themselves to temporarily die? Or get very close to it? By drastically slowing or shutting down vital parts of their brains that control breathing & heartbeat. Some animals do this when hibernating.)
