They probably had her sign the medical form when she was in a state of distress & not thinking clearly. That's all it takes. And one nurse or doctor looking away while she's being coerced. This kind of legal malfeasance happens with mentally stressed people more than most know. Personally, I knew two mentally challenged people who were tricked by greedy family & others into signing away their property & money to benefit themselves. Then let the state pay the tab to care for the two. There wasn't much I could do to reverse the situation because I didn't have legal say or guardianship.)

@xedrickOG Very interesting angle, never considered the idea. I think young people have to be somewhat exceptional to make the connection & walk away from both medicated & recreational drugs. Because I know too many really messed up late 20-early 30 year olds who seriously abuse drugs & alcohol & can barely function on their own. They were all taking behavioral medications starting around age 8-9 because their school grades & attention spans were deemed inadequate. (No Child left behind BS.) Many of them also came from divorced homes &/or had parents who liked to party. Kids are easily affected & influenced by what goes on at home. But some parents don't want to change their lifestyle so they wear blinders & make their kids take their meds instead. At least until it all goes kablooie later & their children cost them thousands in legal fees. Nothing new.

@Marcara081 The same mentality would then be used to force eg covee vacs & other "beneficial to society" medical procedures on you & me. No thanks. (Also, why would govt spend money on LaQ when most of her kids may not survive to age 40 anyway? Statistically speaking. Better for the politicians to pocket the money & send their own kid to Yale instead.)

If she doesn't learn to take care of herself now, in 10-15 years she'll be sitting on a curb surrounded by her dumpster dives - family, agents & leech friends gone along with all of her money. Stardom is fast fleeting for most aging celebs. Maybe her dad is choosing to grab what money he can, while can, instead of "wasting" it on expensive mental health care? An awful way to treat your child but nothing about sleazy Hollywood/entertainment people is surprising anymore.) (There's something very cringey about him being involved in her reproductive health & rights too. Gross level stuff here.)
