  4. So, would the rise & popularity of True Crime "entertainment" be a cause or deterrent to horrible crime? Or both? I feel we need these crime show reminders to recognize & protect ourselves from dangerous people, & to keep our humanity intact, but at the same time the glorification & attention given to evil-doers seems to aggravate & increase the problem. And there are truly evil people out there. Evil is real & tangible, not just a flowery description.
