  1. If you didn't already know, most regional Indian cuisines contain spices more potent, effective & a million times safer than prescribed heart & vascular drugs. Worldwide science studies & the FDA confirmed this over a decade ago but the info is kept suppressed & denigrated by drug company lobbyists. (If you don't like Indian food, try a mild "tandoori masala" spice blend - it's more savory & less pungent than Tikka masala blends. I saute chicken with it, add butter, cream, more spice blend to taste & a little corn/arrowroot starch to make a sauce. Simmer on low until thickened & serve over cooked cauliflower. Out of this world delicious.)
