I tend to agree with this. Many historians believe people turned to eating grains & grasses during famines. If grazing animals could eat them & survive, why not people? And soaking & crushing the grain (flour) made it easier to eat. But most grain & grass plants have mildly toxic phyto chemicals that deter them from being over-grazed. Graze animals & birds have adapted to this plant defense system but people not so much. Stomach aches & digestive problems are common for this reason, mostly when you eat less-processed more natural grain foods. (Then add that modern grains have been genetically altered for quick growth & high sugar/starch content instead of nutrition. Non-junk grain foods pretty much have to be artificially fortified to be sold as "healthy" human food.)

Same here, great success with keto, all health aspects. Pharma companies are likely panicking over lost diabetes & high BP medication sales. Heart attack & stroke meds too. Thank goodness for coofid & whacks shots to make up the losses. 🙄

@twistedalicemcgee True. I'm not very physically active but ketogenic eating keeps me slim & healthy. More physical activity is something I'm working on more anyway.

This is probably about pharma companies panicking over lost sales as people have gradually replaced refined junk carbs with a wide variety of lean healthy meat & plant protein foods. And dairy, greens & low starch vegetables. (I'm female & did this & dropped 50 Lbs in one year 3 years ago. The weight has stayed off too. Also lowered my BP & pre-diabetic blood sugar from 135 down to a very healthy 87-93 range - without medications. Millions of people have done this with great success but news media continues to tell people to eat crap & be happy being obese. Even after coofid esp sickened & đź’€ the obese. Unbelievable. Also, if men are having hormone problems re meat consumption they should look to organic family farms for products if they can afford it. Commercial USDA grocery meats are super suspect. For everyone, really.)
