Borrow some goats to clear the grass - baaahhaaaa... 🐐 Easy blackberry jam: Coarsely mash 2 cups of ripe berries; add 1 TB of corn starch; sugar/sweetener to taste; a splash of lemon juice & pinches of salt & cinnamon. Microwave 5 minutes or until mixture fully bubbles. Remove & let jam cool & thicken. Spoon into a jar(s) & refrigerate or freeze.
