  3. (You count on the Biden Bunch for one of two responses re Russia - do nothing & allow harm of innocent people. Or create disaster that harms innocent people, on top of existing harm of innocent people. There is no sane humane middle-ground with these people. It's possible that Ukraine may be corrupt DC's next Afghanistan orphan relief project if Russia backs out. Minus the opium. DC loves to repeat lucrative but failed history.
