  1. Patients in psychic hospitals are often mistreated and deprived of basic rights, including the right to informed consent and the right to refuse medication or treatment. This is an injustice that should not be tolerated, yet it still occurs in some countries. This lack of rights for people in mental health facilities has been an issue for centuries, with little progress being made to ensure these individuals receive the care and respect they deserve. This is a big injustice since people with mental illness are vulnerable and often do not have the resources to advocate for themselves. This lack of respect for the autonomy of patients is a violation of their human rights and has led to increased cases of abuse and neglect in many psychiatric hospitals. Patients in psychic hospitals are often mistreated due to a lack of resources, inadequate staff training, and outdated practices. It makes me sick to think about how badly these poor people were treated, and how people never did anything to help them even though they were aware of the hardships they faced, the institution had a silent culture where people who spoke out were ostracized, and those who held a higher status. It's an especially troubling truth when one remembers that the people in a position to help were well aware of the injustices going on but chose not to act. This failure to take responsibility for their fellow human beings and provide them with basic needs is sad. People with mental illness are not bad or evil they just need more support and compassion. For this reason, it is more important than ever to ensure that those with mental illnesses have access to adequate healthcare and that stigma surrounding mental health is reduced.
