  1. Scandinavia has bad immigrant policies because they are not America, they haven't experienced long periods of democracy and liberalism. Scandinavians don't have a business mindset they go after someone who makes them feel good. They also have unpragmatic policies, for instance, people need to work 8 hours, and its expensive to start a business. Their 9 to 5 jobs need to change with flexible working hours. Another problem is internship jobs and you need to have references to find a job. Their country has a very old mentality and needs a big change, they need to learn from China. Most Scandinavians use cheap labor from east European countries and live on their parent's money, they are upper-class people. I once meet a Danish girl in Ibiza, she was very racist towards arabs in her home country but in Spain she was very friendly, i asked her if she was bipolar, and she laughed and said she was an American wannabee. The problem with Scandinavians are that some of them tend to have double standards when it comes to their attitudes towards people from different cultures and backgrounds, which can be hypocritical and hurtful. It's important to challenge these prejudices and strive for greater understanding and empathy towards others.
