In Sweden and Europe people of color and non-European people face racism and discrimination in collage, sometimes racist professors destroy their future by failing them in classes, other time racist white student unions make up lies so they can hide their bigotry. I believe white people have lack of D vitamin which makes them have low emotional intelligence. In Swedish and European collages a student is entitled to a maximum of two knowledge checks. After two completed and unapproved checks, the student does not have the right to continued participation in VFU (business-based training and involves supervised practice at a workplace) within the framework of the education. It is very hard in Sweden and Europe to become a teacher, lawyer, doctor and architect, since they have vfu courses, and if their supervisor fails them they are instantly kicked out from collage and cant get a degree in their major. They think by making students take a knowledge test they increase the quality in their education, but in reality they don't give a damn about students' future. In Sweden and Europe, racism and discrimination against people of color and non-European people in college environments is an ongoing issue. Despite the fact that many countries have laws in place to protect people from discrimination, it still remains pervasive in many college settings.
