I worked as a job-broker. We had jobs from employers and spoke to prospective applicants. At no stage were we responsible for the job content except when it broke guidelines (the job was potentially illegal or immoral or both). If customers didn’t wish to apply for a job with a company they disliked, they didn’t cancel us and make a song-and-dance about it.
