There are millions of individuals in the West who feel exactly the same, and they’re all coming to the same boiling point at the same time. Isn’t that strange?

  9. Here’s an exercise you can do with a map and a pen. Starting with London, draw a diagonal line towards the Scottish border. Now note the cities that line crosses, and check their modern demographics.
