  1. I worked in a civil service job many moons ago. If the rules meant some people (amount of melanin irrespective) couldn’t get their demands filled, the go-to was always a string of imprecations followed by “racist”, usually with an appended animal or a certain C20th German political party. I guess the offended persons would now rush off to report a non-crime and wait for staff to be sacked.
